Chic Retreats only selects one hotel in Bruges; and that was good enough for me!

A former 18th century coach house, the property has been beautifully furnished by the owners Chris & Lyne Vanhaecke.
When you visit Bruges, there are beauty locations around every turn, but there is one particular money shot where the Belfry and the canals can be viewed together - it's the main postcard image, only 2 mins walk from the main square and the Pand Hotel is literally only a stone's throw away.
Its a medieval European City with high levels of tourism so don't expect huge rooms, but what the Pand Hotel loses in size it makes up with style. Very romantic, with nice modern touches. Some of the suites have Ralph Lauren fabrics.
Breakfast, oh yes the breakfast! I love my food, and the Pand Hotel provides one of the best breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel. Eggs cooked to your liking on Grandmother's Aga, champagne, Belgium chocolates, fresh bread and juice. The restaurant is beautiful, but above all is the quality of service... you even get a weather update!
